Top 5 (or 6)

I have Diabetes and have had it for 20 years. I have
taken vitamin supplements in the past with good results. i have also taken a fiber nutrient drink with chromium in it and that has been fabulous. What in your line of nutrients would I most benefit from? I am 39 years old about 40 pounds over weight and my sugars are not the best. I also have high cholesterol of 180.
Hi,
Interesting question, as I am just now working on a
Top 4 or 5 list of things that people need today. Due to the lack of nutrients
in ‘modern’ foods and lifestyles that took us “off the farm”
here are my general recommendations:
1. Res-Q 1250
Omega-3s – 4 – 8 capsules a day. This is the best insurance policy
against stroke and heart attack.
2. Optimal Life’s
Vitality – Broad spectrum Multi that will cover all vitamins, mineral and trace elements the body needs to work well
3. Ubiquinol Bio Active CoQ10 – needed for heart muscle energy and well being
4. Epicor for Immune Modulation.
5. Res-Q Land and Sea Fiber Powder or Capsules. Fiber binds with cholesterol and does many other things.
Of course we have many products that work for specific issues. Blood Sugar being a major problem I recommend:
Diacetinol or Res-Q 105 Max –
both are useful in allowing blood sugar to be utilized well, both contain Chromium
Total Cholesterol count doesn’t give a clear picture of heart health contrary to the TV commericials, but I would also start on Sublingual B-12 to counteract homocysteines which are actually hiding in the LDL cholesterol. That’s the real culprit.
If you decide want to try some combination of these, let me know and I will bundle them for you and get you a reasonably discounted price.
