For Curbing appetite, I would suggest the Trim System. Of course there are other tips and tricks you should use.

1. Replace high glycemic carbs with protein. This will help you to feel satisfied but you will be cutting out the foods that instantly turn into sugar and consequently fat stores. Using this technique I have lost 17 pounds in the last few months.

2. Each several small meals a day for example:

Meal one: Protein shake with a banana - 16 oz of water.
Meal two: Piece of hard fruit, apple or pear. Added water throughout the day.
Meal three: Lunch - if you are going to eat bread this is the only meal it’s allowed since you should get enough movement to work it off during the rest of the day. Drink 16 oz of water half an hour before lunch. Highlight plenty of veggies and protein, less carbs the better.
Meal four: Protein bar with water.
Meal five: small dinner with protein and veggies.
Meal six: bedtime snack is okay as long as it not sugary or carbs.

I never thought I could give up bread but I only eat it once a day at lunch and it has served me well.

I have used the acai berry products and the Trim system. Either supplement pack will help.

The only deviation from the above menu system would be a day or two of fasting where you only drink water. It’s actually healthy to do this once or twice a month. It gives the organs a chance to detox and get rid of sludgy build up. There are some tips and tricks for that too. But this is enough to get you started!
